Broadband Antenna Match (Moto)

I've got, what looks like a Broadband Antenna Match here in my lap from Moto, that was found in the back of the shop.

"HAB1005A" is the only sticker on it, but when I read the Moto paperwork that was with it, it only references:
HAB10xxA
where xx is 00, 01, 07, 09, or 11.

I've found http://batboard.batlabs.com/viewtopic.p ... 34&start=0 Which talks about the model I have, but no idea on the frequency range, and also a few others that are not on the paperwork!?

Did Moto have two separate Matches?

The paperwork I've got is 68P80100W79-C.

The only thing that I need, is the frequency Ranges and pre-cut antenna lengths to fill out the table on my paperwork for the HAB1004A, HAB1005A, HAB1008A, HAB1010A or HAB1012A. Does anyone have this information?
