xts3000 decodes MDC unit ids only in scan, no other time.
it would be nice if it would decode MDC when its stationary on a channel.

any ideas?
think about how to ENCOURAGE Motorola learning safely with GRACE.....NOT condemnation.

Do you have emergency function(s) enabled? I found this same issue with the XTS2500 recently. I didn't have emergency enabled and it would only decode in scan. Added emergency and it decoded in non scan then.

is that emergency radio wide, or just emergency per channel?
