low level out on M1225

Post by scrapdaddy »

Let me start by saying that I know NOTHING about radios. I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a low level sound output on a Radius M1225, either on the back or on the front where the mic connects. I don't need to transmit, just listen. I'm trying to connect it to a DVR camera system so our radios can be heard over the internet while watching the cameras.

Thanks!

You could use the accy port rx audio output.

To pin 7 ground meaning this will be a single ended input to your dvr, and subject to hum. If you experience hum, you can install an isolation transformer.
