Astro Saber 3 shows Key Fail

Hello

My AS3 shows Key Fail on the Display, when i select Secure Encryption and push the PTT. What is the reason for that?
And how can i remove that?

Ignore it. It means that you have no secure key loaded into the radio. Keep the secure switch in the OFF posititon until you get keys loaded.

Before you load a key or keys into the radio be sure you have checked in the CPS that you have the radio set to "Infinite Key Retention," otherwise when you remove the battery you will lose all of the loaded keys.

Also, you should be using the help files of the CPS to learn all the ins and outs of this somewhat complicated radio.

Hello

What must i do (in the CPS) that i can Load Keys in to a Astro Saber 3 with Multikey? I have a DES Modul inside, i have a T3011dx, but it doesn't work.
It shows always Key Fail, and very short shows me when i select from clear to secure HWKey 1? What kind of adjustment must i do?

You need a KVL key loader device.

No no, i have other Astro Saber´s Loadet with Key´s, but this Radio have a Flashcode with Multikey and i dont know what is to do.

Oh, I overlooked the part where you said you have a KVL. Did you not try to load the various slots or are you saying you don't know how to do that?

I see two slots (Slot A and Slot B), but i dont know witch i need. I use only one Key, i need no more. Also i have right now my CPS started. In the "Secure Hardware Encryption Multikey-1 of 1" is written : CKR (is Blank) Key Name (HwKey 1) Index (is not enabled) Slot A (is 0) Slot B (is also 0). Or is a other adjustment wrong by the Secure Configuration ?

Hy

Pleas can anyone help my, it´s very important. I have a Astro Saber 3 with Multikey, i have a T3011DX and a DES Modul is in the Saber installed.
It doesn't work to load Key´s on the Radio, it shows always Key Fail on the Display when i swich to secure Mode. What can i do?
