DIGITAC QRN4306 U100 -U400 AGC IC replacement

I saw that the U100 - U400 AGC IC was replaced with a circuit mounted on a carrier. Where can I get these? I did phone Motorola Parts today and told them about the carrier substitute for the original IC and they put me on hold to check and came back and said no substitute was available and the IC 5183977M60 was obsolete and NLA.
