Saber battery date code

Saber battery date code

Hello All-

I am trying to de-crypt the saber date codes. I have searched and found nothing on batteries.

I have found it for the serial numbers on radios but it is different for batteries.

My "shrink" says I am addicted to the following radios:
Saber, Saber R, Systems Saber, Astro Saber, Astro Saber R, XTS3000 R and all the accessories I can find.

YR/week. 411 is 11 th wk 04. 749 is 49 th week 07. 812 is 12 th wk 08. Got it. GARY N4KVE

Thanks for the information. It has helped me solve some battery issues. The 2009 battery is working much better than the 2001 battery :)
