MOTOTRBO Accy Connector to LTR Controller

Post by RADIOMAN2002 »

We have 2 MOTOTRO repeaters that I need to interface LTR controllers. I am aware that it will only work in analog mode, and that's all we are running for the time being. I was wondering if anyone has interfaced a LTR or Tone panel to one yet, and any help you might have as to how to program the accy connector to make one work.
These are a test platform for doing a shoot out test between all the different manufacturers and models of repeaters. We are looking for replacements for "A" version MASTR III base repeaters. These units would cost more than they are worth to make narrow band and do the 7.25 splits.
Presently have 2 ea ICOM NXDN repeaters that already come with LTR built in, have on order Harris MASTR III narrow band model. If these units don't live up to expectations will order some MTR3000, and maybe Quantars.
