How does one go about getting SRNs from motorola?

are they accessible on MOL?

Sometimes they are on MOL. Resource Center -> Services -> Service Briefs or Resource Center -> Services -> Service Bulletins and Notes.

You may not be able to see certain SRN/FSBs, for those contact Post Sales Support.
