Upgrading firmware

Where do I get firmware updates for my radios. I have 2 XTS2500 radios and I'm looking at purchasing an astro spectra that would need a firmware update. Do they have to purchased or are they available on the MOL site? Thanks.

Firmware upgrades are considered above price book. You can go through the help desk to get the forms or contact your local MSS dealer.
