Command Star Lite Audio Question

When using a Plantronics headset with the Command Star Lite console, is there a way to keep audio in both the headset and standard speaker at the same time? Right now when the headset is plugged in, the audio is completely cut off, creating a problem as supervisors in the room need tha ability to hear the dispatch.

Thank you for your help. I also checked previous posts and could not find this question addressed in the past.
