Quantar Programming Question

Q: Can the typical VHF Quantar be programmed with both transmit and receive only 'TX inhibit" conventional channels simultaneously?

I think he is asking if, when using a Quantar as a base station, if some channel can be set to TX Inhibit, but some other channel can be transmitted on...

Am I close?

Answer to the question is yes, if the question is can I program a multi-channel Quantar with one or more talk capable channels and one or more RXO channels. Bear in mind you will need some mode of changing channels, which in a Quantar is doable but not simple.
