MSF5000 test light stays lit

I have an MSF5000 that went through a lightning strike. I was told that the user restarted the repeater and it worked for about 1 day, then went out again. Power seems to be okay and all fuses are fine. However, when I turn on the repeater, the test light goes on steady right away and that is as far I can get. Is this condition caused by a bad board? I looked through my limited MSF 5000 materials, but none of the troubleshooting sections address the "test light on steady" problem.

What's the model number
You refer to a test light, I'm curious what your refering to...Is it on the main command tray or a secondary expansion tray.

Replace the power supply filter capacitors on the (S)SCB. This will fix the problem. Yes, it's that simple.
