Quantar Intellirepeater control channel help

Post by 123 »

Not sure if this should go in the radio programming section or here.

Does anyone have the formula to set up the site frequencies for a VHF system? Setting up a VHF system is not as cut and dry as 800MHz.

So if anyone here is proficient at setting up VHF/UHF trunking systems PM me

Well I believe I have the frequencies set up, but only able to get the system to work in fail soft mode. No control channel.
Again this is a VHF system so these are more complicated to set up.

The IR can be set-up for Stand-Alone to accomplish site trunking.

Essentially, the IR will go failsoft first, then site trunking. That's how they are designed.

Do you know what the time frame is to stay in failsoft before the repeater activates the control channel ?

I did get the control channel up for about 2 mins then it went back into failsoft
