Minitor V tone programming

I have just been asked to program for our ems some pagers. This is the first time we will have pagers so I can not reference off another pager. Right now they send out a two tones that are the same. I can not figure out how to set this in the pager programmer. It tells me that I can not have the same tone in twice but one spot in the help file says that if the two tones are within 1.5% they must be set equal.

I would talk to the dispatching agency to find out how their other users are doing it. Single tone is a very old method and prone to falsing. So, they may be some info you are missing.

The dispatching agency was no help at all. I had to go elsewhere to even get what tone they are using.

With several tries (and a unhappy dispatcher) I found a solution that is working whether its the right way or not. I ended up using the group calling box at the bottom.
