MDC Question
Is there any way possible to program more than 190 MDC aliases into the call list on an ht1250 or cdm1250?

no you're stuck there and i never could figure out why such a dumb number like 190. if i'm not mistaken the xts5000 is even less

XTS 5000s I'm pretty sure have 100 aliases and the 2500s only 50.
It is a bit silly. My small FD has almost 100 IDs total between apparatus, portables and consoles. It doesn't leave much room for neighboring communities who come in Mutual Aid.
How much possible chip space could 1000 aliases take? (With 1000 being overkill)

I agree. I wish there was a way to put more in. Maybe they will work on that in the future.

I don't think we'll be seeing any significant new features in either the Pro Series or Astro 25 line, Pro Series will be canceled in the next 1-3 years and Astro 25 will be supplanted with the APX line.
It appears TRBOs only support 128 aliases... if anything were to get feature enhanced I suspect it would be TRBO
