APX Converter Tool (convert XTS to APX)

Does anyone have v. 1 or v. 4 of the APX Converter tool working?

I need to convert a complex code plug from XTS 5000 to APX 7000, but is just hangs up my computer. Dont know if its my code plug is too complex or the tool is not working!

Anyone got it running - want to help?

I have used it a few times. Make sure that you have administrative rights, or are logged in as the Admin. when using it.
On MTUG there were many individuals that found this to be an issue.
