select 5 decode while scanning

select 5 decode while scanning

Hello everybody, I have a receive problem on GP380.
RX squelch mode is set on tone squelch. When I call radio with select 5 it receives correctly but if it is scanning the same call doesn't seek radio. It doesn't receive the call.
Do you understand why ? thanks
