Maxtrac 5 pin logic board layout?

Hello,

I'm trying to interface a Pyramid SVR-200 to a Maxtrac without the 16 pin connector. Pyramid provides a nice application note to show connection points. Trouble is without any service manual I have no idea where some of these points are. Any idea where I can get a board layout for the radio? UHF 16 Channel Maxtrac with 5 pin acc.
