visar charger

i have a visar charger but not sure on what the lights mean, i know they go red green 3 times on power on, but how dose the charge bis work, red light fast charge green light slow charge but how do you know when both are charged fully

On my Visar charger (the older style, duel slot) , a solid red light means the battery is charging, a solid green means it's fully charged (take the battery out ASAP after this, because the charger will then over-charge the battery, shortening the life of the battery). Flashing red means one battery is charging, and the battery on the second holder is on stand-by waiting to charge. (The battery that's waiting to be charged will be the one flashing red).
