Quantar schematics

Post by MattSR »

Hi,

Does anyone know if these are available? A friend is looking at modifying a Quantar for a HAM radio application which requires wideband analog and ASTRO modulation at the same time - i.e. the DSP channel filter for analog is WAY too sharp so we will implement our own and direct inject it into the modulator. This will require mods to the microprocessor control board audio control stages which we don't have the schemas for (theres a nice block diagram in the service manual though)

Is there anything in the way of schematics available for these.

Cheers,
Matt

I'll check when I get into the shop. I have the full manuals, but don't know the detail in the area in question.

Matt - send me an email with board model. I have tabs for six control modules, each ten multi-fold pages. Will have to scan them in at Kinko's since my copier is too small.

I've got both. Give me a few days to get to the copiers.

I have not forgotten you - I just haven't found a copier that can scan these in to a thumb drive as a pdf. Correction - they can scan standard sheet sizes but not the foldout plates in this manual. Still working on it.
