Visar - DTMF "3" key not working

I have recently acquired a UHF Visar which is in good condition.

I noticed that the number "3" DTMF key is not bleeping when I press it. It looks like all the other DTMF keys as well as the side keys have not been programmed with any functions so they bleep when you press them.

The keypad looks in near mint condition.

Does the PCB pad behind the number "3" key need cleaning. Or is something out of alignment?

I also noticed that the PTT key does not have an obvious "click" when pressed. It TX's OK but you need to look at the red LED to make sure you are TXing. I've also noticed this with my VHF Visar. I've also had an MTS2000 which lost its click after I opened up the radio - but I got the click back after repositioning the PCB - the PTT on the PCB must have been a bit out of alignment with the outer PTT. However, with the Visar, I don't think its been openned - you can just hear a "click" but you can't really "feel" it

I'd take a look under it could be something stuck or slid off
