Quantar Firmware Fixes

Hi folks,

I'm running a Quantar with rev 20.10.058.

I understand that this version has some issues with 'fringe signals BER', and
a subsequent revision fixed the problem.

I'm wondering which version of FW fixed the problem. Is it 13 or 14?

I believe it was version 12 actually...

Version 14 is current.
