Micom XL

Post by ffr58kk90 »

Hi all

I have just purchased a Micom XL, I have the owners manual but no schematics, would anyone be able to help?
I have tried Motorola UK, they had never heard of the Micom X, there is nothing listed on the Mobat website either.

The set I have has no LSB and I can only get 25 watts from it, from the user guide, there appears to be an option 'S04 delete LSB' and option 'S280 25w power'.

Can anyone tell me if these options were done by not fitting components (i.f. filter etc) or by software (eprom etc).

Obviously, I would like to make it USB/LSB and get the full 125w out of possible,

If anyone has any schematics that I could look at I would appreciate it.

Many thanks
Tony
