Motorola Dimension 2 radio?

Post by 601 »

Browsing on ebay I came across this radio, I bid on it, just for the sheer curiosity of seeing what it is, does anyone know anything about this? Is it a special model of the HT90 series? I've never seen or heard of it before.

I believe that the sticker may say "Dimension IV"

There was a pager in the early 80's called the Dimension IV (It was basically a Spirit). I suspect that someone just put a sticker from a Dimension IV pager on an HT90.

Here's a picture of a Dimension IV pager:

Isn't that the pager that the phone companies rented? All it did was buzz and you had to call your office to see
what the buzz was about. Primitive by today's standards.
