win 7 starter and cps issues

Post by cduda »

Hello Team,

I have searched many of the forums and cant seem to find an answer.

I am running Windows 7 Starter Edition, 32 bit and trying to run Professional radio R06.11.10 and it loads fine and cant open files and so forth, but cannot read or write a radio.

I understand and see out here about the Virtual XP however, per microsoft.com, I cannot download this due to be win 7 starter.

Is there ANY way to make moto cps cps work on my version of windows 7 and if so, how?

Thanks

USB port only? No RS232 on the computer? Using a USB to serial adapter?

Yes USB port only...no serial ports. Using a serial to USB adapter

Problem may lie with your adapter and not your OS. Are the drivers updated?
