Hello,
I did a search but came up empty-handed, I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere.
I'm wondering if there's any way to either disable DTMF/QCII calls completely or hide them in the Radio Call menu. I don't need either of the systems on my HT1250, but they show up in the Selective Call/Radio Check call lists no matter what I do. Is there any way I can remove them from these lists?
Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Use the radio programming software to remove them. No operator feature available will take them out that I am aware of.

That's what I've been trying but I don't seem to be able to delete the call lists or signaling systems in the CPS. Am I missing something?
Re: Removing DTMF and QCII calls from Radio Call list?
No. I don't think you can. I seem to recall a bit of frustration programming HT1250 trying to get MDC and QCII out of the call list. I wanted DTMF, but had to keep one of each of the undesired signaling systems in the call list. It would not cooperate.

Oh well, was just trying to tidy up my menu a bit. Thanks for the information.

read the radio, go to the menu items and uncheck radio call then write it back to the radio. see what that does for you?
