Hello all i am having trouble with our Professional radio CPS R06.07 software. We have gotten and other laptop to do programming so i am transfers the software to teh new computer. Running Windows 7 on both. The older computer works fine. When i installed the software on the newer computer when i press the button to read the radio i get a error that says. "can not create unknown radio components". When you click OK the program closes. The older computer when you click the read button it goes to the com port thing and then it reads the radio. All Motorola hardware. Installed and uninstalled 3 times same thing about have any ideas?? Just to make it clear we have licenses for this software.
Thanks
Tim

Re: CPS R06.07 Start up trouble
Your new computer is probably 64-bit. Even the latest version of Pro Series CPS doesn't support Windows 7 x64.
The bandsplit is only a suggestion.
