What Radios uses this Format

What Radios uses this Format

I have a Folder of Code plugs From a Unknown radio that the File Extension ranges from .F16 to .F38 what do i need to read these ?

Sounds like Icom files.

All the ICOM`s i have use .ICF Files not (.f16 .f17 .f37 .f38 ) Ect. that's in this folder

open one of them up with a hex editor and see if it tells you what the radio is
