Need EX600XLS help with new codeplu or password bypass.

Hello, a noob here with a call for help! I have an EX600 XLS portable, model: AAH38SDH9DU6AN. I have pro CPS versions 6.09.06 and 6.12.02... I am trying to read/write the unit and it is password protected. I have WinHex running and have tried to search for the password with zero success. In the past, I have been able to get around this (on CDM1550's to be specific) using a codeplug with a known password, getting CPS to the password prompt then reading the RAM with Winhex and searching for the known code (taking note of the commands surrounding it and searching for those commands while at the same prompt on the radio in question). For this model however, I have no base codeplug from which to start, if there is anyone out there with a codeplug for this model, I could certainly use your help, otherwise if anyone knows a workaround for either version of CPS I'm using, that would be fantastic as well!
