NTN7154B vs. REX4476A - Jedi 15 Key Housing

Can anyone tell me the difference between an NTN7154B and an REX4476A? The prices on MOL are very different. Thanks.

The NTN is a complete front housing with display, the REX is a refurb kit that only has new plastic and labels.
