Oh Crap - Codeplug corrupted?

So I just spent about 6 hours building a codeplug for an HT1550. I saved it every 15 minutes, and at the end when I was done. I remembered that I wanted to add something else, and when I tried to open the file I got the following errors:

CgToDb: Unable to set value returned by transform unpackList_Index1ForCP255 in slot 4239 of object Conventional Personality Proto_6789

Next error after I click OK:

PassII- Unable to transfer block Conventional Personality from CpDb to Db

Is there any to recover the codeplug? Any idea what I did to cause this?

I have never found a way to recover the codeplug after this happens. One way I found to keep this from happening is to check your invalid fields log BEFORE you close the codeplug. You have to check the ALL INVALID FIELDS. If you get in to a habit of checking this every time you will avoid this for the most part.
