Astro spectra flash upgrade

I have a VHF astro spectra that I purchased used from ebay. It came as analong only and I would like to get it upgraded to do digital. How much would this cost? Is there anyone (particularly in the Chicagoland area) that would be willing to do it for me? Thanks!!

You'll probably have to get ahold of a Mot service shop.

We've got a PM1500 that is analog only, and they want $370 to
upgrade it to digital (no trunking).
