Oakland, CA P25 emissions designators

The FCC license for the Oakland, CA P25 system at http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSear ... ToReturn=1 lists emission designators: 14K0F9W and 8K40F1D/E. I'm familiar with 8K10F1D/E for P25 and even 8K70D1W for P25 w/ LSM (Linear Simulcast Modulation). But what are 14K0F9W and 8K40F1D/E?
