Astro Spectra W4 Control Head Conversion

Has anyone here converted a standard W4 control head into a rear head? I am looking for technical assistance to see if this is possible. I have two front heads and am looking to make one of them act as the rear head.

I haven't done it, but I assume the volume pot is completely different- since it shouldn't have a detent for power.

The volume pot is different, other than that I havent been able to figure out the other mods needed.

did you get your control conversion? if not i have a brand new rear contronl head.
