Astro Spectra Firmware upgrade?

I have an Astro Spectra 800 Mhz
Flash Code: 500008-000400-7
Firmware: 75.20.xx.xx
DSP. I05.01.04
System Package. G51
Code Plug. 00C

I bought this thinking it was IMBE due to the flash code I now know it is VSLEP It there anyone who can preform a firmware upgrade for me? Or
is there a way to upgrade the firmware my self the DSP Is fine where it is I think.
This radio programmed up just like it is IMBE but it will not unmute on Astro and it will not show the ID of the incoming radio works fine analog I believe its a 512k
