xts 3000 II srecord

Ok maybe a stupid question, but how do I get my srecord off my XTS-3000 II? I am using cps ver 5.3 if that helps. Thank you

The common way is to use astro lab dos or mtsx lab dos. Both have methods to read the s-record.

you will also need a slow computer as the dos software is very sensitive to it will work under win 98 prompt in most cases

well nice. I have an old panasonic toughbook cf-29 running windows xp pro. LOL dam dos stuff. What about ribless cable, will it work with the lab rss.

Actually for astro stuff you don't need a slow computer. You can even use a usb dos drive if you can make it bootable. I have used dos stuff for the astro on a duo core 2.x processor desktop. Its the older radios/software you have to worry about.
