All,
I have a Motorola Radius (looks like a GM300 or Maxtrac) and have the MOT MBL programming software. I am using a Mot RIB box with an AC adapter and the cable that I use to program GM300 and CDM radios and cannot get to read the units code plug. I am using a computer with dual boot that can get me into Win 98. I also have a computer that does Win 95 and can boot into DOS. I get the same results with each computer.
Do I have to press a special key to read the radio?
Some information about the radio:
FCC ID ABZ89FT3730
TANAPA HUD3307B 9250
Model D43LRA77A5CK
Serial 778TSY9082
Doc type MJHA
Doc Number 109193276i
Thanks
Chuck

It might help if you indicated which software your trying to read the radio with. There is the slight possibility that it is not the correct one.

That IS a Radius mobile and requires radmbl.exe RSS that MUST run under DOS. Not a DOS window, full boot into DOS only.

Re: D43LRA77A5CK programming issues
Thanks Jim and Will. I will try the DOS boot tomorrow when I get back into the office. I actually have a computer that has 6.22 installed with Win 3.
Jim, I will get the model numbers of the software being used. I have the RADMBL.exe program, but may have had it running under the Win95 DOS.
I will let you know how everything works out.
