You might take a look at my thread on the qrz.com forums, in the "Ham to Ham References" sub-forum. It looks like their website is back up, but all I've gotten from them is automated e-mails and a voicemail recording -- no human-generated responses. To their credit, they did cancel my order when I got tired of the lack of communication and the dead website. And they issued a credit to my credit card. So there IS someone there -- they're just not communicating.

I hope you've had better luck.
Cogito Ergo Radio -- I think, therefore I ham.

From what I found doing a little online searching it looks like it's pretty much a guy operating out of his house, and it appears he started a new job right around the time the site went down. Not sure what conclusions to draw from that, but hope you get it straightened out.

He was not far from here, up by Garmin Intl HQ. I will ask a family member that works there if that place is still there. She had some info on it when the store was getting started and might know what the deal is.
