GP380 to GP680

Hey gang, I picked up a GP380 on eBay recently and would like to convert it to a GP680 to use on a local VHF MPT1327 system. Any help you guys can give me would be much appreciated!

You need to find the unofficial EU Waris upgrade tool. You basically are re-flashing the radio to the new model, so save your original code-plug and tuning files just in case.
