Talkabout radios

I picked up a pair of MS350R radios which I was using in the States, I am now back home in Aus and quite obviously those channels here are all commercially licensed frequencies. I was curious if anyone had any luck hacking these things Via rom programming or otherwise. It would be good to get some of the local public bands programmed.

I'd be interested to know, otherwise I will box them away until my next hop over the pond.

A frequency change should be possible,but not in a wide range!
I have a bitmap editor for those radios,but never used it.
