Need help with MTSXlab R3.00.02

ok, I am using the mtsxlab r3.00.02 version and when I get to the change/view menu then F2-(create default codeplug data) then a screen comes up with:

model number
serail number
radio bandsplit
radio type

Ok, when I input the model number I get invalid value? how can I get rid of that so that it accept the model number?
