It's been awhile since i programmed a Spectra.I have one that keeps flashing "no emergency" in the display.
Can someone refresh my memory how to correct this.

You don't have the emergency jumper installed (pins 2 and 9 on the DB15, if memory serves), and you don't have emergency programmed for the system. Good thing, as if you did it would've tripped as soon as you turned the radio on.
