What is the function of the BRAVO board

Post by n9upc »

On digital radios they have either a bravo board or a different version name of the board. My question is what information is contained in/on the BRAVO board?

Is it SN#, ESN, or audio processing?

BRAVO is the main processor. Its predecessor was RAM22

Does that hold the radio info such as ESN or SN #?
