I have a vrs-ep on UHF I would like to change to VHF. It has what looks like a rnet radio in it. Assuming it is a p50 would I be able to take the transiver from a p50 portable and swap it with the one in the VRS?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: VRS-ep question
i too have a VRS EP and it has an Rnet radio aswell.
i havent done much with it, but im looking for JSLM Rnet programmable radio modules and try to find the programmer for them, then try to set it up in the unit.
the easiest option to get frequency configured is just getting a programable VRS, but they may not be readily available.
back in 2010 and 2011 some guy was blowing out a bunch of VRS units on ebay.
