(/\/\) P-50 and SV11D

1) need charging times on these (P50 is HP Ver.)

2) need info on someone who can recap/align these two radio to peak performance

i love these vintage radio and would like them restored.

i also have some MX series radio i would like to have gone over eventually and either find a aftermarket synthesizer board or get them crystalled on a handful of ham and gmrs freq's

my priority is the p50 and sv11d. they are on murs 154.600 and will be put to immediate use. if there is a way to bring the p50 from 4w to 2w to make it legal that would be nice, but my guess is on a portable w/these inefficient antennas the difference would not be too noticeable.

i would just like to make it 100% legal if possible. these radios are grandfathered so long as they meet power/freq/bandwidth requirements. so if the p50 can be lowered to two watts then it will be 100% legal. i hate to get rid of such a fine workhorse radio. it's hard to locate these on the murs 154 frequencies. i would also love to find some maxtracs D03 mobiles. i want a motorola base/ht/mobile setup on murs.
Thank You,

Robert
