xts 3000 help

xts 3000 help

hi guys
was reprogramming some new options into my xts 3000, and upgrading it to the 80ch UHF system we have in australia preparing it for the changes and the computer froze halfway through.
now my xts throws me a lovely Fail 01/82 error , i tried about 9 times to program it again as that was a simple EEPROM failure but the last time it said that the Radio was inhibited.
can anyone send me instructions or give me some help to get it uninhibited.
