Motorola Portable Repeater Radio P43SXS3180BT

Hello everyone we just got in a P43SX and it is minus a power cord, I read a few old posts on these but did not find anything out about the power cable pinouts nor about programing them, anybody out there familiar with these units?

Update, I unhooked the internal battery and shot 7.5v in to the P43SXS and got it fired up, found the receive pin out on the Mic Con and the unit is transmitting and receiving, I checked it with a KVL and it is a DES module, other then that I still have some questions if anyone can help.
