GM300 only showing 2 channels

Hello All,

I have two GM300's and when i go into the GM300 V4 programming software it will only show me 2 conventional channels. the model number of both of them are in line with the 8channel radio's. one of them has the model number M33GMC20D2AA and i have had no luck looking in the RSS for way's to turn on or off the other channels. Just trying to figure out of these are the 8 channel GM300's or the 2chanel M120.

If the radio has the 7 segment displays not just two ( upper and lower ) channel LED's they it should be an 8 channel.
That model number is for 8 ch.
Go to MAIN MENU, then CHANGE/VIEW, then MODE CONFIGURATION, then MODE UTILITY.
Once at MODE UTILITY, you can ADD MODES.
