JT1000 , Channel Configuration = Jumbled charecters

Post by vo1ei »

I am trying to access my JT1000 through RSS, it will read the radio and i can view the side button configuration , radio wide configuration etc but when i access the channel information i get characters all jumbled together and the RSS freezes. I am using the HT1000 RSS Version 03.03.00. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I saved the filed to an archive and reopened it and the jumble went away, which to me is strange, however after i made my changed the display went from the channel display " dispatch" to the Numeric display, i have no idea what part of the RSS was used to change this feature. I like it, but i would just like to know how it was done or if i can refer to the " Dispatch " display if required.

What sort of computer are you using? It's color, so it's likely too fast for HT/JT software...

I had the same thing happen years ago with Saber RSS. I was using a pentium I in DOS it was in color too. I closed the RSS down, Restarted the computer and opened the RSS and it worked. It was just a glitch. Never saw it again.
