Backbone Sinclair Combiner-Filter

I have 4 Backbone Sinclair Combiner-Filter on the way to my location. I dont have a clue what they do or how much they are worth.The part numbers are YA2-03263-01R1 if you have any info on this product please let me know. Thank you

A YA2 number is a system number, not a specific cavity model number. I would call Sinclair and ask for a copy of that system drawing. It is probably standard components, but assembled into a system configuration.

How about the number CC49579-1-F also says TX COMBINER does that help? Thank you for your time
